What we give back

Having a heart for people less fortunate

“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give”.

Winston Churchill

As a school with strong Christian values, we believe that it is important to have a heart for people. We believe that it is our social and Godly responsibility to be a blessing to others, and we endeavour to pursue this calling with passion and verve. As a result, we are involved in many outreach programmes throughout the year.

We support several non-profit organisations including: CHOC, The Sweetheart Foundation, Hotel Hope and other initiatives as the need may arise.

Each year a special project is chosen as part of Mandela Day. These projects include:

  • Knitting blanket squares
  • Donating class libraries to New Creation Learning Centre
  • Providing sandwiches to several feeding schemes
  • Blessing and visiting the residents of retirement homes
  • Acknowleging the work of police and emergency service providers
  • Making eco bricks for use in building projects
